How many items come in each scoop?

What are Carrots?

What happens if I get matching charms?

  • 5 of the same charm = 1 Bow
  • 6 or more of the same charm = 1 Carrot 

What is the Video Add-On?

🎥 The Video Add-On allows you to receive a personalized video of your Mystery Scoop being revealed.

You'll get to watch the excitement as your items are selected and revealed!

How long does shipping take?

📦 Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days AFTER being scooped.

During holidays, special events, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the mystery nature of our products, all Mystery Scoop purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or if an error was made, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can I request specific items?

Yes!

We welcome color, style, and theme preferences and will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

However, specific item requests cannot be guaranteed, as every scoop is designed to be a mystery experience. Part of the fun is the surprise!

Specific items, brands, colors, or characters are not guaranteed.

Bows, Carrots, bonus prizes, and rare items are selected randomly and cannot be requested.

No exchanges or substitutions are available for mystery items received.

We do our best to avoid duplicate items within the same order whenever possible.

Are all items guaranteed to be different?

We strive to provide a wide variety of items, but duplicates may occasionally occur. Matching charms may actually help you earn bonus Bow or Carrot rewards!
