Each scoop contains approximately 10–12 items, selected from our available Mystery Scoop inventory.

🎥 The Video Add-On allows you to receive a personalized video of your Mystery Scoop being revealed.

You can watch the fun as your scoop is selected and your surprises are revealed!

How long does processing take?

📦 Our current processing time is approximately 7–10 business days after your order is scooped.

Please remember that processing time begins after scooping, not necessarily on the date the order was placed.

Processing and shipping estimates may be longer during live events, holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because Mystery Scoops contain surprise items selected at random, all Mystery Scoop sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

Personal preference regarding the color, style, brand, theme, or type of mystery item received is not considered a damaged or incorrect order.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
