Processing Time

All mystery scoops are hand-prepared and packed after your order is placed.

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, special events, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or charged according to the shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bunnies & Bows Mystery Scoops is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Bunnies & Bows Mystery Scoops is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather-related delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Video Add-On Orders

Purchasing a Video Add-On does not affect shipping times. Videos are recorded during the scooping process and delivered separately from your physical order.
