At Bunnies & Bows Mystery Scoops, every order is carefully packed by hand and contains surprise items selected through our mystery scoop experience.

Mystery Scoop Sales

Due to the nature of mystery products, all mystery scoop sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal preferences, duplicate items, colors, themes, or dissatisfaction with mystery scoop contents.

By purchasing a mystery scoop, customers acknowledge that the contents are a surprise and may vary from order to order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request assistance, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Bunnies & Bows Mystery Scoops is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not yet begun.

Once a scoop has been prepared, recorded, packed, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Video Add-On Purchases

Video Add-On purchases are non-refundable once the recording process has started.
